ARDEX ENDURA EP 310 F is a fast-setting polyester resin anchoring grout designed for high-performance fixing and structural anchoring applications. Engineered to deliver rapid strength development and durable bonding, it is suitable for anchoring reinforcement bars, dowels, balustrades, and holding-down bolts in concrete. The grout develops strength quickly, offers excellent resistance to vibration and heavy loads, and creates a tough, shrink-free anchoring system. It can also be applied in damp or wet conditions and is suitable for repairing larger voids where early strength gain is essential.

The material is formulated to perform stronger than surrounding concrete under designed conditions and supports anchoring applications with gap sizes from 5–25 mm and installation depths up to 750 mm.
