UltraTech Seal & Dry SBR is a styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) co-polymer latex admixture developed to improve bond strength, waterproofing performance, durability, and repair quality in cementitious applications. It is designed for use as a bonding agent, waterproofing slurry, and modifier for plaster, mortar, and concrete, especially where strong adhesion and resistance to seepage are critical.

The product creates a stronger bond between old and new concrete/plaster surfaces, improves cohesiveness of mixes, reduces water demand, and enhances long-term performance of repair works and waterproofing systems. It is suitable for terraces, balconies, repair patches, bathrooms, wet areas, concrete rehabilitation, screeds, and plaster improvement works.
