AquaArm Latex 45 (formerly known as MYK Latex 45) is a single-component modified SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) latex bonding agent and cement modifier designed for waterproofing, repair, bonding, and enhancement of cement-based applications. It is supplied as a ready-to-use liquid admixture that improves the performance of concrete, mortar, plaster, and repair systems by increasing adhesion, reducing cracking, and enhancing water resistance. It complies with ASTM C 190-1985 requirements.
