AquaArm TopGuard is a two-component cementitious waterproof coating based on polymer dispersion technology, designed to create a flexible, breathable, and protective waterproof barrier over concrete and cementitious surfaces. It is developed to resist water ingress, moisture penetration, and surface abrasion, while maintaining adhesion and long-term durability. The liquid component is solvent-free, making the system suitable for internal and external waterproofing applications. It can also be used as a stand-alone coating or over-coated with mortars and finishing systems for a uniform surface appearance.

The coating is especially suitable where structures require continuous waterproof protection with flexibility, helping reduce cracking impact and extending substrate life. The self-curing property simplifies application and reduces dependence on conventional curing methods.
