SOLVOBOND CPVC 707 is a medium-bodied CPVC solvent cement designed for strong and durable joining of CPVC pipes and fittings used in plumbing systems. The product forms a chemical weld between pipe and fitting surfaces, creating leak-proof joints suitable for potable water and pressurized piping applications. It is particularly suitable for hot and cold water plumbing systems and can withstand temperatures up to 82°C, making it ideal for residential and commercial installations.

The solvent cement has a yellow color and low-VOC formulation, offering fast drying, high solid content, and reliable bonding performance. It provides high hydrostatic strength and resistance to algal and bacterial growth, ensuring long-term durability in plumbing systems. The product meets recognized standards such as ASTM D-2564 and ASTM F-493, confirming its suitability for high-pressure pipe joints.

It is easy to apply using a brush or applicator on both the pipe and fitting surfaces. After insertion and slight twisting, the joint achieves handling strength in about 2 minutes, while full curing depends on pressure and temperature conditions.
