SOLVOBOND CPVC 707 (Tube) is a yellow-colored, medium-bodied CPVC solvent cement designed for strong and leak-proof joining of CPVC pipes and fittings. It is widely used in plumbing systems for both hot and cold potable water applications and is suitable for pressurized piping systems. The product forms a durable bond that can withstand temperatures up to 82°C, making it ideal for hot-water plumbing installations.

The solvent cement has a fast-drying formulation with high solid content, enabling quick joint formation and reliable performance under high pressure. It also provides resistance to algal and bacterial growth, making it suitable for potable water systems. The adhesive can be applied directly without the need for a primer and provides excellent handling strength within minutes of application.

Designed for ease of application, the cement is applied to the outer surface of the pipe and the inner surface of the fitting socket before assembling the joint. Once assembled, the joint gains handling strength within about 2 minutes, while full curing depends on the pipe size, pressure, and temperature conditions.
