bondtite uniweld

Bondtite Uniweld is a high-strength, two-component acrylic adhesive system designed for bonding a wide range of similar and dissimilar materials. The adhesive provides extremely high bond strength, fast initial setting, and excellent resistance to impact and vibration. It is engineered for applications where strong and durable bonding is required, even when surfaces may contain minor traces of oil.

The adhesive sets quickly, typically within 3–5 minutes, allowing faster assembly and repair work. After application and clamping, the bond develops full strength within approximately 2 hours. Its high-performance formulation enables reliable bonding of materials such as metals, rigid plastics (ABS, PVC, PU, polycarbonate), FRP, ceramics, wood, leather, rubber, marble, glass, and ferrite components.

This adhesive is widely used across automotive, electrical, appliance, and general repair applications, including fixing magnets in speakers or meters, bonding metal parts to glass components, repairing broken household items, joining marble pieces, and attaching door locks on PVC doors. The system provides excellent initial strength, high impact resistance, and vibration-resistant performance, making it suitable for both industrial assembly and maintenance work.

The product is supplied in multiple pack sizes ranging from small tubes to larger industrial packs and should be stored in a dry place at temperatures between C and 40°C. It typically offers a shelf life of 12 months when stored properly in sealed containers.
