LATI LATAPOXY SP-100 is a premium stain-free epoxy tile joint grout designed to deliver durable, hygienic and aesthetically consistent tile joints for both floors and walls. Unlike conventional cement grouts that may absorb moisture, discolour, crack, or powder over time, this product uses an epoxy-based 3-component system to create dense, non-porous and long-lasting joints. It is developed particularly for areas exposed to water, stains, cleaning chemicals, frequent washing and high traffic conditions.

The system comes as a factory-proportioned kit containing:

• Part A – Resin
• Part B – Hardener
• Part C – Coloured Filler Powder

These pre-measured components help maintain consistency in mixing and application while reducing site errors.
