TRUBUILD ROOFTECT ADVANCED is a premium single-component PU–Acrylate waterproof roof coating designed to protect terraces and roofs from water leakage, heat absorption, UV exposure, and weather-related deterioration. Once applied and cured, it forms a seamless elastomeric waterproof membrane that delivers long-term protection while maintaining flexibility to bridge surface cracks. Its reflective surface technology also helps lower roof temperatures, improving comfort and reducing heat gain inside the structure.

The coating is engineered for exposed roof conditions and offers excellent adhesion across common construction substrates. With high elongation performance (≥220%), it adapts to thermal movement and structural stress without losing waterproofing integrity. It also allows controlled breathability while resisting water penetration and UV degradation, making it suitable for long-term roof rehabilitation and preventive waterproofing applications.
