UltraTech SMARTOP is a ready-to-use, non-metallic dry shake floor hardener designed to improve the durability, abrasion resistance, and surface strength of freshly laid concrete floors. It is applied over green concrete and finished into the surface to create a dense, wear-resistant floor suitable for industrial and commercial applications. The formulation helps reduce dusting, improves resistance against impact and traffic, and delivers a smoother, harder finish for long-term performance. Typical applications include warehouses, production areas, loading bays, workshops, parking zones, and other medium to heavy-duty flooring environments.

Application is carried out in stages by broadcasting the material onto fresh concrete after the surface water sheen disappears and before initial set, followed by floating and trowelling to achieve a monolithic finish. Proper curing is essential for optimum performance and durability.
