UltraTech Weather Pro Hi-Flex is a two-component, cement-based, styrene acrylic polymer modified elastomeric waterproof coating designed for positive side waterproofing applications. It forms a flexible, seamless and breathable waterproof membrane that protects structures against seepage, weather exposure, and moisture ingress while accommodating minor surface movements and hairline cracks.

Its high flexibility (elongation >100%) helps absorb thermal movement and reduce crack formation, making it suitable for exposed areas receiving frequent water contact. The system develops strong adhesion to concrete and masonry surfaces and offers long-term waterproofing protection with minimal maintenance.
